§1Eligibility and Registration

To open an account with OkeBet 9 and participate in any of its products, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, OkeBet 9 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file. Bonus balances are not refundable upon closure for Terms violations.

§12Changes to These Terms and Conditions
